Support
Program Overview
IntruGuard offers technical support for all of its
products and feature set upgrades through our Technical Support Program.
Support consists of phone support, on-line question submission, software
updates, hardware maintenance, and on-site support.
Each of our systems comes complete with on-site assistance for initial
installation and configuration. Then on-going support is provided under
our “Security Maintenance Program”. Optional multiple year
on-going support programs are an available option.
