What's Included In the Web-Based Purchase Price

  • When you order using Google Checkout, the shipping and handling is included, subject to IntruGuard’s shipping methods and policies. This is applicable to shipments made to destinations within continental US. This is a $200 value depending on your location.

  • You receive IntruGuard’s Remote Support service for setup and configuration at no additional charge (a $495 value per unit)

  • You receive IntruGuard’s Remote DDoS Monitoring Service for the first 30 days at no additional charge (a $695 value per unit)

  • For California orders, applicable taxes will be invoiced.

  • We will attempt our best to accommodate any special handling or shipping requests.

What's Not Included In the Web-Based Purchase Price

  • IntruGuard Remote Support or DDoS Monitoring services after the first 30 days, unless a Technical Support and Services contract has been signed.
  • Annual Technical Support service is available at an additional cost of 20% of the purchase price. (If included with the original order, then it will only be 15% of the purchase price).
  • IntruGuard is not responsible for any customs fees, duties or taxes, VAT, etc. for any order shipped.
  • IntruGuard is not responsible for any delays during transit or at the destination. Please provide your Reseller number, if applicable or VAT number, if you are located outside the US and if applicable.
