Return Policy

 

Thank you for your interest in our advanced DDoS protection technology. We are confident that you will receive excellent value from your investment with IntruGuard’s DDoS appliances. We look forward to being your valued partner.

All IntruGuard products use superior parts and undergo extensive quality testing before they are shipped. If you have received a defective unit please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Products returned for other than manufacturing defects will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All orders may be returned within 30 days for a full refund minus 15% restocking fee. In order to return you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).

Packaging Your Return
Returned merchandise must include all factory packed accessories. Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing accessories. Your Return Authorization Number must be displayed prominently on the outside of the shipping box.

Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for shipping charges for any authorized return product to our warehouse. IntruGuard will ship a replacement at its own expense in exchange for a defective unit. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 15 days after we provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.

Processing Time
Subject to terms stated above, shipping replacement orders will generally be within 5 – 10 business days. This may take longer during peak business periods.
